want to book your picnic?
pick a package or build-a-picnic
you’ll want to decide which route you want to go.
if you want to make this as simple as possible, you can select the package that fits your event needs (date night, bachelorette, birthday, etc.)
our packages have multiple add-ons included at a discounted rate. you’ll still be able to choose the theme that you’d like, but we’ll take care of all the details.
if you want to be more hands-on and customize your picnic, definitely choose to build-a-picnic. this allows you to pick all the add-ons you want as well as be more a part of the design process.contact us to book your picnic
pick a date and location and see if we’re available. we set up all over the valley. we do most parks, private homes, and can even travel with you! We will get int touch with you to confirm all the details for your event.
invite your friends and get ready for your picnic
let them know they need to block off some time with you! the details of your Picnic point will be emailed to you 3 days before your picnic. plan the activities and snacks (if you’re bringing some), and think of all the ways to make this even more memorable.
meet up at your picnic point
you’ll get the exact coordinates of your picnic point so you can walk up to it and enjoy it in peace. we won’t greet you unless you request it. you’ll be able to enjoy your picnic in privacy without us hovering.
we’ll be in the area of your picnic for any issues that may come up.
when your picnic’s all done, you can just leave everything and go!
